PARISH OF LYNDHURST AND EMERY DOWN AND MINSTEAD PREPARATION OF NEW ELECTORAL ROLL 2025

Every six years, the Church of England requires each parish to prepare a completely new Electoral Roll.  EVERYONE needs to fill in a form to be included in the new roll.  Please read on.

The Church Electoral Roll is (as you might expect) a list of people eligible to vote at the Parish Annual Meeting.  EVEN IF YOU ARE ON THE ROLL NOW, YOU NEED TO COMPLETE AN APPLICATION FORM FOR THE NEW ROLL.  

If you haven’t been on the roll before, we need you!  Please take a look at the Application Form for more details of eligibility, but simply ..if you are 16 or over and attend social events or services in churches in our United Parish, you are already part of the church family and we encourage you to apply; (one form for each individual).  Please take time to read all the information on the form.

DEADLINE FOR RETURN OF FORMS IS EASTER DAY, APRIL 20TH.
