Donations

As a Benefice with three Churches to support, all donations go towards supporting us to carry out the work that God has called us to do. Our Churches are so much more than just ‘buildings’. Every day, within these homes, personal faith in God is strengthened, peace is found and hope is expressed.

At the heart of our Churches, is our community, stretching far beyond the New Forest. Whilst bricks and mortar are not what makes ‘Church’, our meeting places are extremely special and need ongoing maintenance and development. Both historically and architecturally our Churches are so important. They are all listed buildings, therefore we have a duty and are accountable to the English Heritage to maintain them at a high standard. Each WEEK it costs a staggering £2800 to maintain our three Churches. It is thanks to the generosity of our local church communities that these buildings survive, but they cannot do it alone. They desperately need your help.

We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who makes a one off or a regular payment to us and your donations will help fund conservation grants, support projects that deal with the major issues churches face and help strengthen the skills and resources of parish volunteers.

You can direct any donations to your choice of our three Churches or make a general donation to the Benefice, to be spent on collaborative initiatives.

Ways to Give

Parish Giving Scheme Telephone Service

We, not only a church but as individuals appreciate that donating to any charity can be a chore to ‘arrange’.  We are always looking at ways to make it as easy as possible, so we are incredibly fortunate that a new dedicated telephone service has been set up for anyone wanting to donate to their church via the Parish Giving Scheme. Historically this meant filling in forms but now, you can phone the number below and any paperwork will completed for you.

Available weekdays from 9am to 5pm.  Calls will take less than 15 minutes and you will receive written confirmation afterwards to confirm the details.

At any time you can call the service to make amendments to your direct debit.

Call: 0333 002 1271
