Information for PCC Secretaries

Before and after the Section 11 meeting

Before the Section 11 meeting the Clergy Appointments Assistant will send the agenda and the forms to be completed after the meeting to the three PCC Secretaries.

The forms must be returned to her by all three PCC Secretaries – this should be done as soon as possible after the Section 11 meeting and may be done by email.

During the meeting

All three PCC Secretaries will need to take notes so that each PCC has a record of the meeting for reference and reporting purposes.
